"In 2021, after a lifetime of sidelining the pursuit of culinary exploration, a global pandemic sidelined my acting and bartending career. Then, one day I was eating a magical fluffy doughnut, and thought...

"S***. I could totally do this."

Being an explorer of complex flavor development, I thought that the doughnut was the perfect canvas to paint endless unique flavor combinations onto, and thus Doughnut Gallery was born. As I continue to build this business, collaboration, diversity, inclusion, and equity are at the forefront. I will continue to build partnerships and artistic collaborations with woman-owned, BIPOC-owned, and LGBTQ+-owned businesses and artists in Chicago to consciously make sure I do my part to represent every voice in our gallery of edible (and inedible) art. So, thank you for visiting this website, and I look forward to working with, and sharing that work with you all."

Mission

To create visually stimulating doughnut installations focusing on the use of envelope pushing flavor combinations, and high quality ingredients in an environment structured around creativity, inclusivity, diversity, and sustainability.

Vision

To broaden the scope of what you taste when you eat a doughnut. Many other sweet treats get the upper echelon flavor treatment, and we believe one bite of our doughnuts will have more dimensions than a Rick and Morty episode.
